With chairs already made I obviously had to do a table to accompany them. The table has glass on top. Everything else is made of metal. Again, my perversion towards symmetry can be seen clearly. The center piece is inspired by the rose window of the Notre Dame cathedral.
I do not use this word much, and I cringe to the sound of it at times but, this is a very beautiful piece, I mean, what more can you ask for in line work and fine design?
That would make one hell of a living room table. If you were somewhere in the U.S., I would buy this in the snap of a finger.
You just cannot find furnature like this in any store or place you go to, at least, not that I have seen.
I'd love to make a living with furniture pieces like this. I just have to hope that despite the high prices of handcrafted items people will understand the value of unique work.
*ahem* God, this is beautiful. Makes me think of spider legs o.O
Spider legs... Maybe I'd need to make a new table with a spider web on top and some twisted legs. That might prove interesting.
*is also a symetry freak*
